Thank you for your interest in The Mid-Ohio Scottish Heritage Association. Let us take this opportunity to tell you about our organization. Generally after the business portion, our meetings include a program, Scottish music and/or dance, refreshments, and an opportunity to socialize with those interested in Scottish ways.

The Association Purposes
• Cultivation and stimulation of interest in Scottish heritage of residents of central Ohio, particularly their genealogical, cultural, and historical backgrounds.
• Sponsoring, encouragement and publicity of Scottish events and activities, including the funding of educational endeavors.
• Providing opportunities to participate in and learn Scottish country dancing, music and other Scottish folkways.
The Mid-Ohio Scottish Heritage Association promotes Scottish arts through various activities including a Ceilidh to celebrate Tartan Day in April, the Ohio Scottish Games in Lorain County in June, and the Columbus International Festival in November.

Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month (September through June), at the Blendon Township Senior Center which is located at 6330 South Hempstead Road in Westerville. The September and June meetings include a potluck dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. with the business meeting following. (Click Here for Map)
